Collab with local residents
Fortunately, one of the local residents who saw my projects online reached out to me to offer a land contract. After several meetings, he leased me a piece of land for a reasonable amount. Then, the forklift cultivated the land to prepare the foundation for the house that will be built.

Basic Land construction
After several interviews with professional architects and my exhaustive research on houses, I began working on laying foundations on the ground. Also, because the solar panels will be added later in the house, I also researched the direction of the sun and found out the best way to maximize energy efficiency.
